FRF Enterprises Shipping Policy

If the Express Shipping (3 to 5 days) is not fast enough, just select the 2nd Day or Next Day delivery option when you checkout. Remember, if you need help picking out the right product, just give us a call. Our friendly customer service staff will be very happy to help you! 

We understand how important it is that you receive your order discreetly. Your order will be shipped in a plain non-descript package with the return address simply stating the box is from FRF Enterprises. FRF Enterprises will also be the name you will see on your credit card statement. You will not see the name festishrfantasy.com on your credit card statement, nor will you see the name festishrfantasy.com printed on the outside of your shipping box. Also, no catalogs will be mailed to your home. 

SHIPPING INSIDE THE USA Please note: Post office box orders (and Military APO/AE orders) will be shipped via Priority Mail. Next Day and 2-Day Delivery orders will be shipped via FedEx. Economy and Express shipping options will be sent by either USPS or FedEx. FedEx does not deliver on weekends and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY (2 to 3 weeks) (*shipping rates displayed at checkout*)

FPO/APO SHIPPING 
Please note: All FPO / APO orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 24 hours (not including weekends, holidays or when including orders with back orders). 

OVERNIGHT / EXPRESS SHIPPING INFO
Next Day and 2-Day Delivery options are only available to customers residing inside the United States of America. There is no express shipping service available for international addresses. At the time of check out, you will be told what day to expect your delivery when you select the Next Day or 2-Day Delivery option. Delivery time will usually be between the hours of 11:00am and 7pm. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is shipped. 

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION 
Nearly 100% of our items are in-stock. By chance you purchased an item that is out-of- stock, we will hold your entire order until the out-of-stock item becomes available. If you order just a free item, you will pay a higher shipping/handling fee. Please Note: We do not issue credits of any sort for shipment delays due to weather related issues and other events beyond the control of FRF Enterprisesand our shipping carriers (USPS, FEDEX, etc.). Events include airport closings and natural disasters. Most packages will be delivered between the hours of 11:00am and 7:00pm.
